Palasino Holdings Limited announce annual results for FY24 after listing on HKEX in March 2024
Key Highlights: Group revenue growth by 7%; Group profit for FY24 was HK$9 million (FY2023: HK$44 million) while adjusted net profit, a non-Hong Kong Financial Reporting Standard (“non-HKFRS”) measure, was HK$41 million; Group’s profitability for FY24 impacted by several one-off expenses incurred for the global offering in March 2024, including (i) the listing expenses of approximately HK$24 million; and (ii) the real estate transfer tax on reorganisation of approximately HK$8 million; Group continues to look to expansion in both land-based and online.
