In all our PALASINO casino establishments, we adhere to a responsible gambling policy and train our employees in a responsible gambling program. We ensure compliance with the responsible gambling regime and are connected to the system of excluded persons, which is established and regulated by the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic under the gambling law. Our employees are trained to identify players who may have gambling problems and are capable of offering them assistance and support. We collaborate with non-profit agencies and government authorities dealing with this issue.
