Over 40 years experience in the gaming industry, responsible for all operations in the Czech Republic, business development within Palasino Group, a.s.  Directorships in Palasino (BVI) Limited, Palasino (Cayman) Ltd, Palasino Poland Sp. z.o.o.,  and Palasino Malta Limited.

Our longest serving devotee, with over twenty-five years service, responsible for all administrative and facility matters within Palasino Group, a.s. including licensing and facility management. In addition, President of the Czech Casino Association.

Working in the casino industry since 2020, with over 13 years of prior experience as an auditor and tax consultant. Responsible for finance, accountancy, tax issues, reporting the business results on monthly basis for the companies in the group.

Working in the company for more than 23 years with extensive experience in different industries and jurisdictions. Responsibilities include audits and compliance for casino and hotel operation in the Czech Republic and the MLRO for the Malta operation.

Working more than 23 years in the casino industry for Palasino Group, a.s. in various roles and in different casinos. Responsible for the casino land base operations. Monitoring and management of the business of 3 casinos on a daily basis.

Head of IT
20+ years of experience in IT. Started at the company in the days of dial-up internet. Responsible for IT operations, infrastructure and data security in both our land-base and online casinos as well as hotel, and for further improving IT support for our core business.

For more than 7 years responsible for the management, maintenance and development of buildings in the Czech Republic, Germany and Austria.

Head of Business Development and Marketing

Joined the company in September 2022 as Business Development Manager and successfully negotiated the purchase of the company’s fourth casino operation which will open in mid-2025. With over 10 years’ experience in sports and event management, Petr assumed responsibility for the Marketing division during Lucie's maternity leave.

After studying marketing, started working in the marketing department in 2015. Now responsible for creating the business' marketing strategy, developing the Palasino brand's presence and managing advertising campaigns of 3 land based casinos and the hotel resort in the Czech Republic.
