Palasino Group, a.s. is owned 100% by Palasino Holdings Limited , a recently publicly listed company on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX: 2536).

The majority shareholder is Far East Consortium International Limited (FECIL), a leading regional conglomerate based in Hong Kong and also listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX: 35). FECIL specialises in property development, hotel operations and management, car park operations and facilities management in Mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and Continental Europe.

Our History

Registered in 1995, Palasino Group, a.s. operates one integrated casino hotel resort and two casinos located in the Czech Republic and most recently their online division in Malta.
